Monthly Exams Update
The Exams Office produces a free-to-access monthly exams update. This details the main exams-related tasks and other information which is relevant to exams office staff.
As tasks vary dependent on the qualifications taken within your centre, the information contained within our update is issued for guidance only. This may not be a comprehensive list of exams-related tasks in your centre.

Exams Timetable Tool
See our 'Exams Timetable Tool' - an online tool which can be filtered to identify exams taking place during the 2017/18 academic year. Click the logo below from 1 September to acquire the confirmed exam timetables from OCR, Pearson, WJEC & AQA.
A spreadsheet containing 2016/17 exam dates is also available on the 'Exams Timetable Tool' page of our website (this is available to members only).
Key Dates Calendar
Our 'Key Dates Calendar' is an online tool which lists the exam dates and deadlines as issued by the JCQ, OCR, Pearson, AQA and WJEC. Click the logo below from 1 September to acquire this key information in one, easy-to-use, time-saving tool.
A spreadsheet containing these 2016/17 exams dates and deadlines is now available on the 'Key Dates Calendar' page of our website.
Provisional Summer 2018 Exams Timetable Tool
Our 'Provisional Summer 2018 Exams Timetable Tool', is now available by clicking the logo below.
The 'Provisional Summer 2018 Exams Timetable Tool' will contain the summer 2018 provisional exams timetable from the 4 major awarding organisations - OCR, Pearson/Edexcel. AQA and WJEC.
In conjunction with OCR, The Exams Office have launched an exams 'Network Map'. It lists over 100 network groups across England. For information of a network group near to you, click on the map below.
